Leasing
Because we maintain such a large school line, we are able to make many Cornerstone's horses available for leasing to riding students. If you are looking for more ride time than you get in your lessons, leasing is a great way to try out horse ownership. A number of our horses are currently available since the new show season is just beginning. Visit the School Horse page to see your options!
Full Show Leasing
Current cost of board (varies from $300 - $375 according to stall placement) + farrier & worming every 6 weeks thru the 2012 show season (Nov. 30th)
A number of our show ready horses are available for full leasing, which allows you to treat our horse as your own without the long term commitment of ownership. It is a wonderful option for families interested in buying a horse and wanting to try out the room in their budget before becoming an owner.
Split Leasing
$200 per month
This package gives you the freedom to ride a couple days a week in addition to your lessons and also guarantees your favorite school horse at each show. It voids the CSF lease fees for horseshows, which lowers your home show costs by $5 per class and eliminates the $50 away showing fee. We continue to use our horse in weekly lessons and other scheduled CSF events, but you have first dibs on their days off! We maintain the cost of their upkeep throughout the leasing period and these leases run for either six months or the entire show season.
